So take a breath. Then take stock. What thoughts are you still carrying that no longer belong to you? What patterns are running on autopilot, even though you’ve outgrown them?

1. Name the “shoulds” you’ve internalized.

Are there voices — real or imagined — that you keep performing for? Approval you’re still chasing? Let them go, with love.

3. Ask what brings energy (not just outcomes).

Hold up your habits to the light. Which ones feel alive? Which ones feel like obligation dressed as productivity?

4. Make space for what you want.
